BECOME A WINNER OF AFRICA FASHION UP IN PARIS
A call for entries
The African fashion industry is constantly evolving, and a new culture is blossoming, driven by young designers eager to do things their own way. These young designers, most of whom are based in Africa, rival designers from all over the world for the quality and beauty of their creations, but they still need to make a name for themselves.
Africa Fashion UP invites young talents and top African designers, selected by a specialized international committee, to present their creations at a show dedicated to them in Paris.
Awards
Selected designers will receive the following awards:
• An invitation to present their collection at the Africa Fashion Up show during Paris Fashion Week
• International media exposure on all our social networks and through our media partners
• Themed masterclasses given by experts from prestigious fashion houses
• A series of exclusive visits to the heart of Parisian and international fashion.
• Participation in a sales training program offered by the renowned HEC business school
• A six-month mentoring program.
• The opportunity to exhibit and sell their collection on an international online sales site.
Conditions of participation
Fashion Young Leader

Be a young African or diaspora fashion designer

Be under 40 years old

Have designed at least two ready-to-wear collections for women, men or unisex.

Have more than 2 years of experience or 2 years of existence as a brand
Best African Designers
Be an African or diaspora fashion designer
Have designed at least two ready-to-wear collections for women, men or unisex
The creator must be a registered business
Have more than 2 years of experience or 2 years of existence as a brand
Have resellers, produce collections to sell in stores
Already have significant visibility and a strong presence on social networks, etc.
